I was so fortunate to get two full weeks off of work during Christmas time. The week before Christmas, Roman and I got to go to Springfield while Matt worked. Matt drove us to Tulsa Sunday night and then I drove Monday morning to Springfield. It worked great because Roman slept the entire drive. I had such a great time with my mom, brother, and his family. Meema, Caroline, Roman, and I all made cupcakes for Jesus's birthday and decorated them.

One of my best friends, Sara Caldwell, came over with her precious little Carter. We got some great pics of Carter and Roman together.

Tuesday night my brother and his family came over and we all celebrated Christmas! Roman got to open gifts for the first time! It was so cute to get the kids together and watch them play!

he is just adorable!! he looks like he had such a good time. I am SOOOO jealous of 2 weeks off. I would have been happy with 2 days!!! Cheers to the first christmas to being a success
